The National Rural Letter Carriers' Association is a labor union for rural letter carriers employed by the U.S. Postal Service. Numerous ladies' auxiliary branches have existed in Kansas. On February 22, 1924, the first of these formed in Dodge City in the 7th district of the RLCA. On June 14th a second auxiliary was formed in Norton, and on July 26th a third was formed in Emporia.
